Below is a list of backup counseling providers who have offered to temporarily work with Pathways clients.

If you sign a release of information form with the temporary provider, I will be able to collaborate with the provider as you transition to him/her and back to me when I return from leave. You also have the right to transfer your care to the temporary provider if you feel s/he is a better fit for you as well.

I care most about you receiving the highest quality of counseling and realize that switching providers, even temporarily, is not easy. Please know that I have chosen the providers below as a result of recommendations from other clients and/or having had a positive experience collaborating with them as colleagues.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and hope to return within 1-2 months of the start of my leave. You will receive a phone call at the start and finish of my leave so you can plan accordingly.
