Sometimes it may seem that we don't have the time or the money to afford taking care of our emotional/physical health...
Fortunately, there are many affordable (& time saving) ways to take care of ourselves and improve the quality of our life in all areas! Below are some examples...
It is also important to examine how much we value our health and well-being when deciding the amount of time & money to invest in these areas.

1. According to "Heal Life's Trauma's" in Yoga Journal June 2007, yoga can relieve anger, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Yoga can also alleviate insomnia, chronic pain, and increase overall peace of mind and physical health.

Private lesson $40 (This 1:1 class is designed specifically for your needs and goals.)
Small group (2-5 students) lesson $20/person
Medium group (6-10 students) lesson $12 person
Large group (10-20 students) lesson $10/person
- All 1:1 and small group students will receive personalized instruction and handouts with the yoga sequence they learn as well as specific information that may be beneficial (ex. asana & pranayama to address specific conditions such as stress/anxiety, depression, addiction, insomnia, migraine headaches, etc.)
Discounted pricing for helping professionals*- please inquire
"Helping professionals" encompass a wide range of fields (nurses, doctors, counselors, teachers, etc.) - I would be happy to teach an early morning, lunch hour, or after work yoga class at your place of business (or in your place of residence or my home studio)
Payment:
Cash and personal checks (to Pathways Counseling) accepted and payment is required at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, contact me at 720-345-3712 (leave a voice mail)
at least 24 hours in advance and you will not be charged for the session. I will be happy to reschedule.
If you do not show up for your scheduled yoga appointment or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance (& your cancellation is not due to an emergency or illness), you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
